2. Information we may process
Depending on approved API access and authorization granted by a customer, the service may process business contact details, authorization identifiers, authorized account information, owned media information, comments and replies on owned content, publishing status, TikTok-provided benchmark or discovery information, post-authorization information, and available commerce store or product information. Brand-related insight information is only intended where the relevant capability is available and approved.
3. Use of information
Information is used to provide authorized account operations, reporting, content, community, discovery, authorization and commerce features, support customers, secure the service and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Authorization credentials
Authorization codes, access tokens and refresh tokens are credentials. In production they are intended to be processed server-side and protected from public exposure. CustomsJoy does not ask customers to provide their TikTok password.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Eligible deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion page or by contacting [email protected].
6. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. CustomsJoy is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
