How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject CustomsJoy Data Deletion Request. Include your organization name, the relevant connected account or workspace identifier, and information sufficient for us to verify your authority to make the request.
What happens next
We may request reasonable verification and will process eligible information subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping requirements.
Authorization revocation
Deleting CustomsJoy-held information is separate from revoking TikTok authorization. Customers may also use applicable TikTok controls to revoke authorization.
